He treated me with professional approach. He gave me kind and care and concern with sincere feelings that helps me to get well soon and feel good. My illness gets better care in a short period of time. Dr Braithwaith thank you very much for looking after me for all these years. If not for your care and concern especially my lung cancer advance stage 4 will not get better soon and contented feel. You are such a trusted respectable doctor to be with and I am grateful to be under your good care. I also had two hearts operation and right knee replacement operation. Also I had problems with my chest and I can't breathe properly. When he referred me to Harley Street clinic for my illness the following day he phoned me at home and asked because he is concerned he wanted to find out if the procedure was successful. He suggested for me to visit him in his clinic to make sure everything is alright. I like that I was well looked after all the staff are great and perform their duty. I am very happy with the service they have given to me because they are all terrific in their service! Congratulations on your chosen profession.

Patient sensitivity training is needed here. The Dr Braithwaite lacked evidence of compassion or frankly basic patient care. His demeanour was one of impatience starting at the initial point of calling me to the room, which made me feel like I was doing something wrong in coming to see him - something I’ve never felt when seeing other doctors at the practice. As a health care provider, I would expect the doctor to showcase a basic level of understanding that patients do not come to see the doctor for fun and if they made an appointment to come and see the doctor, at a basic level, their concerns should be heard. It was a quick appointment so certainly wasn’t a case of me taking up more than my allotted time, but nevertheless I was made to feel like I was wasting his time. This is unacceptable behaviour. Perhaps his medical acumen is top notch, but his patient management/communication skills is well beyond sub par. Whilst I would recommend the practice, this is not a doctor I would recommend. And certainly, I will be making every effort to avoid having to see him in the future.

I saw Dr.Ben Braithwaite on two separate issues, one of which was on a rather delicate matter . His patience and professionalism made me feel at ease at once. Although I had booked only one appointment, we soon went over the designated time allowed. He reassured me , that time was not an issue. In particular,I was the last patient to be seen that morning . He sat and listened to my concerns with great attention ,and was able to suggest a number of different approaches and treatment which immediately gave me confidence for the future. Dr.Ben Braithwaite ,is a fine Doctor. Over my 69 years I have come across many wonderful Doctors, none better than Dr. Braithwaite.Thankyou Brondesbury Medical Centre, and thankyou Dr. Ben Braithwaite.

I really appreciated Dr Braithwaite taking the time to write to me with my thyroid results in a timely way. He enclosed my new prescription and bloods form to save me two visits to the surgery. Thank you
